I was all set

For weeks I have been wanting to do a particular chicken dish: spinach and artichoke dip chicken. I have gotten all the ingredients except one. The artichoke hearts. I finally got them Thursday.
The chicken has been in the freezer and is now defrosting in the fridge. I am now so tired and afraid this is more than I expected to do that I want to put it off until tomorrow.
In the mean time the two steaks left and the ground beef needs to be frozen. I had roast beef that I cooked last week that is still in the fridge and I have not been in the mood to freeze the rest or eat it.
I never did make the dish, and so now i will be cleaning out the refrigerator. I just use what i have in the freezer until its empty and start all over again.
