My plans for cooking and shopping changed completely when I discovered the main ingredients were still frozen.   I looked up to see if this stuff can be defrosted in the microwave and they can.  I probably should know this by now, but I don’t do a lot of constant cooking.  I will be leaving shortly for the store
I have some family news.  My cousin Marianne announced on FB that her Potsdam NY is on the market as she moved back to CT to be closer to her family.  I think that’s great.  I don’t really know where she moved to as she still has two brothers in other states.  The other two and her sister live in Milford, and west haven.  I told Liz about it via text message last night.
I'm frustrated—the meats and chicken are still frozen solid and might need two more days. I tried the chicken, but it doesn’t work.    The roast would take 30 minutes or so to thaw.  I may be able to make sauce and meat loaf today but that’s it.  I might prep the ground beef next since it's still frozen.
I had lunch and watched tv and checked on sauce that looks good.  I spent the afternoon watching TV.
Around 3:30 checked in with Liz and she called me back and asked if I wanted to have stew and soup.  I am going to have that for dinner.
Liz tells me that Rosella is out of icu as of this week.
I talked with Laura via text messages.  She had lunch with her parents.  The ride appeared to be somewhat rough.
I decided to clean the kitchen tomorrow.  I got tired.  I sent a text to Liz, and she inquired whether I had eaten dinner. I informed her that the meal was excellent.   She reminded me to change the clocks so before I showered I changed the thermostat, the stove, and microwave.
Right now I am going to watch NCIS, then go to bed
