A quiet weekend was planned

Good morning. It's almost ten, and I'm finishing tasks before heading to Gill’s for wedding preparations.   Faith and Jerry’s wedding is in two weeks, but we still have tasks to complete before then.  I ordered a nice pair of green flats for the wedding from Amazon.  I managed to sign up for Amazon Prime.  I hope I will not regret it

I'm going grocery shopping and doing laundry today instead of tomorrow, hoping to fit in some cooking and rest as well.

This week was stressful and overwhelming due to work and catching up on scanning. I still need to print last week's documents, but I believe Tania is handling it.   I attended the committee meeting to plan next week's rally and recruit participants.   I had to have a little help with the email.  EV may not have liked it, but I was distracted.

  The few times I have had contact with the doctors about the bloodwork results.  I had to get one retest yesterday.  Dr. Yang wants me off the Tormoside and Calcium and get blood work done next Friday.  One of the examinations involved a regular annual screening, which caused me concern.   It references TB. It was unclear, so I had to retake it during the infusion.   The results should now be in MYCHART.

I heard from Venus earlier this week.  It was a great conversation.  It was the first time we spoke on the phone since we became friends on blogs and pen pals.  That was one of best bright spots of what would be a stressful week.
