I have had every intention to get to the gym today. It has failed so far. After consuming several cups of coffee, I began experiencing gastrointestinal discomfort, despite having taken a shower. It is still operational. I'll just watch TV until it passes.

I decided to make tomato sauce in the crockpot. It should be done by the time I leave for the meetup. I planned to look through the recipes, but instead I made soup and stew, and watched TV.

I checked my work email today. I don’t have it on the lap top it somehow screws up the computer at work. We did not meet the goal for August AR, which marks the first time this has occurred in some time. We still have two weeks to go. The other email is about organizing the holiday party. The initial question was whether we wanted the entire AR or only our team.

It’s past 9:30, so I’m going to bed soon. I departed at 4:30 and reached the restaurant by 5:15. Laura and Faith and Stephanie came. The discussion covered weddings as well as other topics. I left by 7:30.

On the way home I called Mama Roberta, who gave me an update on her breast cancer journey. It sounds awful. It's about both health and healthcare providers.

After arriving home, I spent time with Sky, watched television, and stored the sauce once it was done cooking. I will wash the dishes tomorrow.

Have a great night I am going to look over my to do list for tomorrow and go to bed.
