Another Headache

Dear Debra:

                Good Morning the dawn broke little while ago and the sunrise will soon.  How long it will be out is another question.  It’s supposed to be cloudy this morning and in the 20’s.  There is also a flood warning for the shoreline and probably streets and rivers, and streams.

I have another headache again and I think this time it was the pillows and I

 am probably gritting my teeth too much.  Those are the only two things that come to mind about this.  I didn’t do the grinding the teeth much yesterday while at Liz and Nelson’s but earlier in the day I may have.  I can’t keep contributing it to post moving stress.

                Today will be a low-key day.  As I have mentioned a few times I will go grocery shopping, drop some stuff at Goodwill, and maybe go for a walk if it isn’t too cold other than that maybe write some thank you notes.

The cats have the right idea.   They are both sleeping.  Tiger is curled up behind my head on the couch and Sky is under the covers on the bed.
