This week was nonstop.  All Week I have been catching up or at least trying to catch up with the mail (Health logic part) and scanning.  The staff Meeting was on Monday this past week.  Supervisor urged me to focus on it.

There have been training classes this past week and it was great to tsee people I haven’t seen in a while or only on zoom or contacted by email.  The rest of us were treated to pizza for three days.  It would have been four, but I went home early on Thursday.

We had a short union Committee meeting on Thursday that I was able to attend from home.  EV forgot to cancel it because she was going to NY to pick up her daughter and go to a concert.  I love this woman, but She has done this several times this past year.

Anyway, we talked about the picnic.  Apparently, people griped about the food not being enough.  As someone else says there will always be someone complaining about something.  It was free for pity.  We have a membership meeting on the 25th.

This past week, I was able to cancel my internal medicine appointment for this past Friday because I have yet to get back to the pharmacy to get retrained on the Glucometer.

I made an appointment with a Gastroenterologist for December 16 in Hamden.  It is a consultation only once that’s done, I will get a call to schedule the colonoscopy. I will let Dr. Sonia know about the appointment.

I have yet to call the endocrinologist that Dr. Sonia recommended.  I wasn’t quite sure why I needed to, but I looked up what endocrinologist specializes in and the one thing that came clear was Diabetes.  The last time I had blood work the A1C was 9.

I did have to start new medicine, Ciprofloxacin and probiotics.  The UTI is back (again).  I must admit I haven’t been very vigilant about taking the meds.

On Thursday I woke up with a headache and had it most of that day.  I went to work…took the meds and Tylenol and by 11:30 on my way home (I got sick to my stomach before that).  As soon as I got home went to sleep for two hours.  Felt better by 3.

While I went grocery shopping Today and got those weird cramps in my legs and my left hand.  They went away by the time I got home.  I hope they don’t come back tonight.

Brother Jim is still in the nursing home/rehab center.  According to Liz he is being released on the 29th.  During the last few days Liz and I were discussing him and his progress.  She was being negative.  Oh, he sounds discouraged.  When I say I think his long-term memories seem to be good she says well since no one was there they can’t verify.

When I said Janis has been very good for Jim and that she is working her program for almost 20 years.  She says no one has appreciates the work she has done in her program.  I am sorry but the work also includes letting shit go.  She is criticizing and judging everyone else all the time.  Including the recent funeral she attended.

She recently bought some clothes for herself, and they didn’t fit.  So, she had me try them on and they fit me.  She has been very critical of my clothes as she feels they are baggy on me.

On several occasions she has criticized or judged the way I send texts.  Oh, I couldn’t understand how you said I unplugged the cable box (it would turn on but no pictures).  To me that’s just obnoxious.  She needs to use her fucking brain even if its Swiss cheese.

I better change the subject matter, or I am going to end up not sleeping well.

Angel Brothers family is doing well.  I see my sister in Law’s Posting on face book recently and she is doing well (and looking older).  She is keeping busy.

Diane is working in Mid Town New York according to one of her posts doing Broadway songs.  I think she was teaching acting and voice coaching recently as well.

Tiffany and John are spending lots of time with family.  I am not sure if that means they are over the recent bumps in their marriage.

Nothing on Rob.

Things in the Complex are going okay.  The board is currently working on two issues.  One is with the Cable company that wants to come in and be made available to residents.  They don’t have to do digging buts the current pipes that the other cable providers have used.

The other issue is there is a renter that has been very loud and obnoxious.  So the actual owner has been informed legally and has sent a vacate premise notification to the renter.

Well, its getting late, and this word processing is making me irritable.  It makes changes and moves up or down to other parts of the document and I don’t want that.  It may be very sensitive to touch.

Good morning, I hope you are enjoying this first day of fall.  It’s 62 out and its sunny.  The sky is spotted with clouds.  They are beautiful.  It’s supposed to get into the 70’s for the day and then down to the 60’s overnight.  There is a coastal flood alert/warning for today.

Today is going to be a quiet day, I think.  I have some chores to do but I will probably put it off until Wednesday after my infusion.

Things are just getting started for the year with the Ladies Guild.  We had a meeting Monday Night to discuss the Auction night Dinner.  By the end of the week President Martha had a whole list of assignments and dates for the next couple of months.  I must read it over and see where I am at this point.    I am feeling a little overwhelmed and haven’t done anything yet.

For the last several weeks been getting emails about the Endicott College home coming and reunion weekend that’s happening next weekend.  Sadly, I haven’t been back there since I left.  I never graduated from there but as you know you become an alumnus even if you didn’t graduate.

The New England Chapter of the Linden Hall School Alumnae is trying to schedule an autumn lunch.  I think they already had it in Boston.  It was scheduled for mid-week.  Trying to save emails is challenging.

It is now almost 9 at night.  It’s been a quiet afternoon and evening.  I chatted with my Neighbor Addie and her boy Oscar.  Then I put steaks in the freezer and had some for a late lunch.  I surfed the net and watched tv.

As the evening progressed, I washed the floors in the kitchen and bathroom with the Swiffer wet mop.  I am not sure they really work that well.  I may have to use a real mop and real cleaner.

Sunday turned out to be fairly  quiet.  I ended up sleeping in a little  after feeding Sky.  The rain was just starting lightly and heavier as time went on.

I made eggs and discovered 2  to 3 were cracked.  It must have happen when I brought it home.

I decide that my cooking session was going to go on hold for now.  After getting sick for a couple of hours yesterday  I am not sure what set it off but tried to ease off on  the food.

I had bananas. I did have hamburgers with cheese.  Didn't  have any repercussions.
