Birthday Vacation

 Today is is the first day of my 9 day vacation. Spent a part of it cleaning. Had a visit a nice visit from Dave. He gave me a gift card for glam spa in Orange. I still need to give him one.

I went to the meetup and was treated to cake and cards from the girls. I also got a gift card to Nike outlet. It was a large group this week. That’s because our days at the beach are winding down for this year.

On the way home I chatted with mama Roberta and we were able catch up with each other.

I was touched by all the birthday wishes I received on Facebook and by text. I also received a birthday video from nephew Chris and his daughter Sophie.

I am going to have a few more cupcakes and then hit the sack. I still have more cleaning to do.

I am making a concerted effort to do more walking while on vacation. Also trying to continue the monitoring the BP but is still high. The food intake as well
