Monday Musings

 

Well another week has started.  The house was inspected today by the potential new owners.  I had to put the cats in their crates early this morning and as usual it met with some resistance.  They had to be there for several hours.  I hate that I really do.   The inspection itself was from 10 to 12.  Liz offered to come at Noon to let them out when the inspection was done.  If it was going to be longer I would have gone home and let them out.  I am hoping this will be the last time until we move that they have to be in the crates.  Truthfully it’s a PITA.  It’s stressful all around.  Sometimes I handle it well others not so much.  While I am in the midst of it I think it’s not going well and then I think about it later and decide if it went well or not.

      Shadow came back from her long weekend.  I hope I did things the way she wanted to.  I know I forgot whether or not I was supposed to shred something once it was scanned so I left it on my desk.  The things I didn’t scan I left for her like she asked.   She let me know to keep the appeals in their envelopes.  Would much rather focus on the scanning. 

      I don’t know of anything major going on.  We have the committee meeting tomorrow and a staff meeting at the end of the week.  I have Friday off for the wedding but I will make the zoom meeting. 

      Tonight is my session with Debra. I am looking forward to that one.  I have been sending the entries to her but I forget to acknowledge that on the entries. 

Oh I learned something interesting that I didn’t mention in my entry yesterday.  My brother is writing a book.
