Well I have had a productive morning so far and its only 8:30 in the morning.

I actually stayed in bed longer than I usually do because I had some weird dreams again and the headache from last night stayed with me.  I did get up around 6 and took the comforter off and put it in the wash.  Its drying now and should be done by the time I post this.

The cats have been fed, watered, cleaned up after and are both lounging around.  One of them had left me a hair ball on the living room floor.  I am guessing it was Sky I don’t remember the last time Tiger left me one.

I folded the clothes from the dryer and hung them.  I will have more tomorrow when I change the sheets on the bed.  At least the masks are ready to be used when needed.

I have emptied the dishwasher and already starting to fill it up.  I had forgotten to put the pots and pans I keep in the oven away last night so that’s done.

I posted yesterday’s entry to the blog and to FB.  I read a few blogs and responded to them.  I will be reading some later when the morning is finished.

I have checked in with my family.  Although I think Liz is still sleeping.  I checked in with her last night before going to bed.  She and Nel went to the wedding ceremony and had a lovely time but came home afterwards.  It was in Watertown CT.  It is about 33-45 miles North of Milford.  She may join us at the mobile home viewings.

I checked in with Jim this morning.  He has today off from work.   I asked him what his hours were and they are 30 hours a week.  He says it’s only until election time.  Hey it’s a job and gives him some spending money if anything.

Today is my great niece’s 14th Birthday and my Nephew Adam’s birthday and so they both got e-cards.  I have already heard from Audrey and we chatted briefly on messenger.

Cheryl confirmed the time for today and that’s in about an hour and half.  We will look at the mobile homes but I am not going to budge from condo living.

I still have to go to the bank, post office, grocery store, card shop and hopefully get some more pen pal letters written.

The weather today is a bit cool its 53 degrees and sunny.  It’s supposed to get into the high 60’s.  I have the door open and the screens up but I also don’t want to put the heat on.  The AC unit is still in the window and I can’t seem to get it out like in past years.  I don’t know if I have to keep it in there now.  I will need to get a covering if it doesn’t.

 What’s your day like?

Well I got there before either my sister or niece.  Cheryl couldn't get to it from the directions on her GPS.  So I told them to come by quarry road.  They both eventually arrived.  Liz announced she woke up on the wrong side of the bed.  MY response was “again”?

The park is nice.  Well maintained.  There was a lawn care guy doing lawns.  I am not sure if it is part of the fees.  The visit wasn’t long, but we all noticed things that weren’t very good...The paneling around the porch was broken and had holes.  The shed had crap in it.  When we went in it was dark.  Only one bedroom was big, the other two could be offices or storage.  By the end of the visit Liz realized after hearing Cheryl’s views that this would be a bad idea.  I felt that from the beginning.   The second one we never saw because it was unavailable today but we are not going to see after all.  My hope is no one else suggests this.

We all went our own ways.  Cheryl headed to Liz’s and I headed to the bank, and to Aldi’s for groceries.  I got most of the list and a few other things but it came to almost $88.  I probably could have done without the fish but I wanted to try their fish.  I did get ground meat, and some grated cheese, and sliced cheese.  I got fresh vegetables, and the frozen vegetables, and two of a few things.

When I got home I put them away, snacked on the cookies and yogurt, and a slice of cheese.  I decided that I would cook the bottom roast with vegetables, and frozen vegetables.  I defrosted it for 25 minutes.  Season it and put it in the slow cooker.  I had already cut up a couple of onions and cut up six small potatoes and seasoned them.  Added one package of frozen corn and 1 cup of water. I have it on low and will cook it for about six hours.  If you haven’t noticed, I didn’t  follow a recipe.

I am thinking i will make a meatloaf or two later today or by the end of the weekend.  I didn’t get bread to have hamburgers but then again who needs bread?.

Right now I am waiting for the comforter to dry in the dryer.  It isn’t completely dry and I don’t want to hang it out to dry.

I have had the TV on since I have been home.  I am watching my PBS stations and a little of the Oxygen Channel’s Snapped marathon.  Right now though there is a train traveling in Europe.

I am still fighting a slight headache again.  I am going to take some tylenol and then take a rest.  I will get the last few things I needed to get for the week either later today or tomorrow after I have cleaned the house.
