I have a training class today

Later this afternoon I have a training class for YM its Embracing change class.  Its classes that development and learning has offered so that we can do our jobs better.  It may not have direct correlation but it helps us to do our job better.  I was anxious to see how I would connect and have the papers (since I don’t have a printer).  As I was getting ready for bed I received a final reminder.  I pinned it so I could get to it easily when I get ready for it. 

Before falling asleep I spent some time with the kitties.  We played with some toys and it seemed okay.  Sky had been sleeping under the bed and I would like to think when he realized I was downstairs he followed.  Tiger let me pet her a few times.  This morning they came to wake me and it seemed good.  They tried to help me feed them.  Now they are either in the back room or upstairs.  I know that cats are forgiving but that doesn’t make it alright that I lost my temper with them for something stupid.  I end up with guilt and all that goes with those feelings.  Actually now I am overcompensating.

Well I heard from Gillion this morning.  She answered me about next week’s Virtual Trivia game as of right now she is not sure because attendance has been low lately.  I am only speculating on this but I am thinking for now it will not be ongoing.  I did give a sad face when I replied to her. 

I am hoping that "K" will be able to find meetups in the afternoon where she lives.  I tried looking for trivia games again but didn’t find anything.  I am sure she will find it in other groups. Actually I am encouraging it. J

I bailed again on the exercise class this morning.  I have things to do and I am trying to focus on the online class I have to take.  I am thinking if I finish early tonight from the meetup I will be going to the gym and do cardio.  As Alex says he knows me too well.  He knew I was still going to Wendy’s and not go walking.  It looked like the skies were going to open up.

I sent an email to Mama this morning.  I had noticed the temperatures in our respective cities were the same (80) and that allowed me write a two page letter to her.  No, it was not just on the weather but everything that has happened since our last phone conversation since the 4^th of July. She had sent me a couple of emails before mine and I need to read them.

Well its time for me to move along. I have butterflies in my stomach.
