Watching Sky a little closer

 I have a bit of a confession.  Ever since Tiger crossed the rainbow Bridge last February; I have been watching Sky a little closer.

He seemed okay when she passed.  He Never went looking for her.  He has adjusted to being the only cat in the house.  Sometimes I would find him in the places Tiger would sleep or curl up on.  A few times he has been under my bed. He would curl up at the end of the sofa/couch.  When I open the office up he curls up behind the bookcase.  

Just recently I have noticed  a few times that he is about to climb up onto the Cat Tree. He looks at it and then jumps up and then settles in and lies down.  I can’t help wondering if he is finding it difficult to get up from the floor.  He does also jump from the arm of the sofa with a little more ease.

I check his body too.To see if he is losing weight (and thankfully I don’t think he is).  He has been scarfing down the soulistic cat food and the kibble in record time.  

I am going to get him a Pedicure on Saturday at the Vets.  I am pretty sure you are wondering why I won’t do it myself or go to a groomer.  I would be afraid to do it myself and I checked at Petco and they don’t do cats.  I Didn’t look into any other grooming places.  WHen the fees are not listed on their website I don’t bother and I don’t have time really to call these places.  

Truth be told I did call one in town.  It's $21 and you need to have proof of Rabies shot.  I will do that next time. 

I am probably going to have a to get a few more cans of cat food until the next delivery from Chewy probably ten cans/
